Counselling is approached as a confidential professional space. Limits to confidentiality can apply in situations involving serious safety concerns or other professional or legal obligations. You can ask questions about confidentiality before beginning.

05Students and adolescentsCan students seek counselling?
Yes. Student and adolescent concerns can include academic pressure, emotions, relationships, behaviour, confidence, adjustment and challenges associated with growing responsibilities. The appropriate approach depends on the individual's circumstances and needs.

07Safety and supportIs MaanSetu an emergency or crisis service?
